ServiceAxle is operated by Ben Horlbeck. The form is for business inquiries and meeting requests.

What is collected

Your name, company, work email, optional phone, team-size range, job software and the workflow description you submit. Please do not include customer records, payment information, credentials or private job details.

How it is used

The information is stored to evaluate your request and contact you about the work. An inquiry notification is sent to the founder’s inbox. Submitting does not book an appointment, purchase a service or consent to unrelated marketing.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the site’s database. In a local preview they remain in the local development database; on the hosted site they are in the hosted database. The founder and the hosting providers process this information to operate the form. The public site has no endpoint to list or retrieve submitted requests. Security and hosting logs may include technical request information.

The application uses a hash of connection information grouped into hourly rate-limit windows to limit form abuse. It does not intentionally record raw IP addresses in the inquiry table. No third-party advertising or analytics script is installed.

Questions or removal

Email ben@serviceaxle.com to ask to correct or remove your inquiry, or reply to the founder’s response. Include the request reference if you have it. A correction or removal requires founder review; no automatic deletion deadline is promised.
